Tripwire Presents is the publishing division of Tripwire Interactive that focuses on releasing titles spanning multiple platforms and genres from other independent studios. Formed in 2019, Tripwire Presents has leveraged its experience and resources to bring exceptional games from talented teams to the global audience, including the award-winning medieval multiplayer first-person slasher Chivalry 2 by Torn Banner Studios. Most recently, Tripwire Presents has partnered with Australia based Virtual Reality developer Digital Lode to publish Espire 2, the sequel to the top-selling Oculus Quest Store game, Espire 1: VR Operative.
What:
Digital Lode will host a booth at PAX Aus, offering hands-on demos of Espire 2, the first-person sneaquel to the award-winning hit Espire 1: VR Operative. Experience unparalleled stealth and action as you avoid detection, hack turrets, take down guards, use deadly gadgets, and leverage the environment to complete your mission. And for the first time, take control of the two unique Espire frames; the combat oriented Sinder frame, and the compact and stealthy Sooty frame.
Virtual Reality Panel: “2023 – What’s Next for VR Games and Immersive Media”:
2023 is shaping up to be VR’s biggest year yet. If you’re interested in experiencing VR or developing for this new frontier, what are the things to look out for? How do you get off the ground with your VR Idea? What kind of immersive media hardware is coming in 2023 and beyond, that we can design for now? What are the dos and don’ts when designing for VR? Join Digital Lode along with other experienced VR developers from around Australia for an engaging panel discussion on what’s next in the VR space from the creators of some of the most innovative, creative, and successful titles in the space.
